ABOUT US

ERIC P. FINAMORE

Mr. Finamore has represented people and companies in Massachusetts state and federal courts since 1983.  He has taken cases to trial, achieved favorable settlements, and navigated clients through the complexities of civil cases in the areas of personal injury, worker’s compensation, employment, civil rights, business and probate litigation.  He has counseled clients on matters of civil damage claims, insurance coverage, disability claims and business strategy.

Mr. Finamore is the managing member of Weston Patrick, a professional association of attorneys in Boston, where he has practiced since 2003.  Mr. Finamore is the former chair of the Civil Litigation Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association.  He is the author of numerous articles in bar association publications and speaks regularly at conferences and seminars.  He is a director the Clearway School, a private high school for learning-disabled students.  He is married with three children, and lives in Newton, Massachusetts.

CHANCHAL AGRAWAL

Chanchal Agrawal is a paralegal with over 2 years of litigation experience who assists in various litigation phases. She is experienced in client correspondences; tracking deadlines; MA e-filing; legal research; document examination and management; drafting of pleadings, motions and memorandums; fact development; exhibit management; and trial preparation.

 

Chanchal contributes in various matters ranging from personal injury cases such as slip and fall, dog bite, and motor vehicle accidents; probate litigation including the appointment of personal representative; real estate litigation;  business litigation; employment discrimination; product liability; medical malpractice; workmen compensation claims and others.

 

Apart from being a paralegal, Chanchal is also a licensed attorney in India with over 5 years of law practice. She brings a combined experience and exposure to the legal fields of both India and the United States.
